Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve production rates, efficiency, and quality while reducing costs and enhancing sustainability.

Administrataive Shift: 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, configuring, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve production rates, efficiency, and output quality while reducing cost and improving sustainability.
  • Assess process performance through data collection and metrics trending interpretation.
  • Create / Revise process documentation and operating instructions (SOPs).
  • Perform Non-conformance / CAPAs / Complaints Investigations.
  • Ensure timely and efficient activities completion of assigned projects.
  • Experience understanding pneumatic/electrical drawings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, or another Engineering field.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Able to effectively work, communicate (written and verbal), and collaborate with peers and other business areas.
  • Analytical and problem-solving must identify solutions to problems within the scope of responsibility and implement corrective action.
  • Computer knowledge of various applications- including Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Minitab Statistical software, and AutoCAD.
  • Effective Prioritization, Planning, and Time Management: Must be able to organize and plan workload on several projects concurrently to meet deadlines.
  • Lean/Six Sigma concepts training & application (certification preferred).
  • Basic experience in 2D/3D drawing interpretation.
