Business Process Expert

Inteldot has over 14 years in the life sciences industry with allocations across Puerto Rico, the United States, Europe, and Japan. This is a great opportunity for one of our leading clients in Puerto Rico.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Expert to join our Business Process Management – Operations & Supply Chain Management department. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing process improvement projects related to Operations and Supply Chain Management, ensuring process harmonization, and driving the continuous development of our existing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize existing business processes in alignment with strategic corporate objectives.
• Develop and implement new business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead process optimization projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process documentation and decision templates to support process standardization.
• Support the implementation and optimization of process management tools and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide advisory support and training to employees on process management best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, an associate’s degree or trade school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience in project or process management.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in project or process management, demonstrating successful project execution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proven expertise with ERP applications, including SAP.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization.
  • Experience working with process management tools; certifications in BPMN, Six Sigma, or Lean Management are a plus
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
