We are seeking a qualified Field Engineer to support a high-impact construction project within the Life Sciences industry. This role requires hands-on involvement at the project site, working closely with construction teams, project managers, and engineering leads to ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution of project deliverables.
No relocation or travel expenses covered. Only candidates located in Ohio or nearby areas will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site engineering support for construction activities, including field coordination, inspections, and issue resolution
Assist with review and interpretation of design documents and specifications
Monitor construction progress and support adherence to safety and quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services
Document field activities, issues, and deviations, and support the resolution of technical queries
Participate in project meetings and support communication among stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
2+ years of field engineering experience in construction or capital projects, preferably in the Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Candidates must be currently based in Ohio or nearby areas. Relocation assistance and travel expenses are not available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regulated environments (GMP, FDA)
Familiarity with cleanroom, utilities, or process equipment installations
