Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and validate packaging processes and equipment.
- Develop and execute equipment qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for packaging systems.
- Troubleshoot packaging equipment issues and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Ensure packaging designs meet functional requirements, product protection standards, and sustainability goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging engineering with a focus on equipment validation.
- Experience with validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and packaging equipment qualification.
- Proficiency with validation tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
